JOIN US AT FIRST FRIDAY!
The University of Georgia Alumni Association will host "First Friday," its third annual pep rally to fire up the UGA football team and Bulldog fans on THIS Friday, September 3, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the evening before the first home game against Georgia Southern.

"First Friday is a great start to the football season," said UGA head football coach and 2002 SEC coach of the year Mark Richt. "It's a wonderful way to bring fans together to show their Bulldog spirit and it is very exciting that the Alumni Association has been successful in establishing this new tradition." Thousands of UGA students, alumni, faculty and fans attended last year's rally. More are expected to pack Stegeman Coliseum this year.

This event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 5 p.m. The first 1000 guests will receive First Friday T-shirts. Fans are encouraged to come early and register for prizes including a Georgia/Florida hotel and football ticket package for two! No purchase necessary. Coach Richt and this year's entire UGA football team will be there, along with UGA Athletic Director Damon Evans, Uga VI, Hairy Dawg, the Georgia Cheerleaders, the Derbies, Flagline, Feature Twirlers, Majorettes and Georgettes!

Free parking in the Carlton Deck after 4:30 p.m. and in all surface lots around the Coliseum after 5 p.m.
