Series between Georgia and Cincinnati cancelled

According to a story from OnlineAthens.com, the scheduled football series between UGA and Cincinnati has been cancelled by Cincinnati. "My scheduling philosophy is that if we're going to play teams like that, they have a Midwest flavor," Cincinnati athletic director Mike Thomas told the Cincinnati Post, citing Michigan and Ohio State as such schools. Games were originally scheduled for 2008, 2011, and 2014.
